Not one to write reviews however its warranted in this case.
Christine came into our lives at a time when we were "just looking". We were exploring houses that would make us want to move from our current, comfortable home.
Communication, via email, text, and voice was professional, immediate and to the point.
We were first in line when our forever home came on the market, a competitive offer masterfully crafted and accepted within 24 hours.
She negotiated with seller/agent to gain reasonable compensation for items revealed in home inspection.
Mortgage concens were resolved with a quick call to Christine, having a strong working relationship with the broker.
We're now in our dream home and could not be happier.

Christine is a knowledgeable professional who knows her way around the real estate world. My home buying experience was very smooth, on time, with no surprises. She referred me to a lender that was experienced in providing mortgages for second homes and that also made the whole buying experience hassle free. She is the "defender" to all people she represents, meaning that she will fight for the best deal and will take care of any tough negotiations that are needed. Even after the sale, she fought for me when the home warranty program denied to pay for the replacement of a water heater. I did not expect this, but she was successful in me getting reimbursed for the money I paid to replace the water heater. I recommend her if you are looking to buy a home, and I would use her again if I was selling my home, because I know that whomever she represents, she will go the extra mile for them. Christine was a great help to me and she is a credit to the real estate industry!!

I work for a Private Bank so my expectations of service are very high because that is how we work for our clients. Christine was amazing, very helpful, and always available. What also impressed me about her was how she was able to fix the issues we had from our sellers and sellers realtor who made this transaction difficult. Im really happy we got to meet Christine because she put us at ease and did all the necessary things to get this deal done and into our new home.

Christine was recommended by a neighbor. We contacted her well before we were ready to sell and had her give us advice on what to do. We had been in our condo for 25 years. We listened, we took her advice,we ask her to come by a couple times to make sure we were on the right track. She was always willing to help. We got it ready and it sold very quickly. She kept us informed of each step and was very helpful. We would highly recommend her. She is the best.

Christine was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and patient as I went through the whole selling process--something that was entirely new to me. She was able to answer any questions I had and also asked questions that I didn't even think about. Her expertise in real estate is phenomenal. This, combined with her responsiveness and personal approach, was exactly what I needed. We sold the home at a good price in record time. I am so happy that I chose her as my real estate agent.

Why would I want another realtor in my life, I've been married to one for over 20yrs.
When it came time to sell the family home in Ventura, I mistakenly assumed I had all of the bases covered. "What do you mean you won't do it sugar?" I asked my wife. She just prattled on about local market conditions, and something about selling a house from 800 miles away. We briefly discussed the ere of her decision (weeks), until I finally got up off of my knees and said, "OK fine, I'll do it myself! ". After all, how hard could it be? I had the house, and buyers were supposed to be lined up. This was going to be a cake walk.
To make a long story short, let's just say that in no time at all, I had highly irritated all buyers and realtors alike, and my wife wouldn't look or speak to me. Who could have seen that coming? OK, maybe a realtor?
Through a simple twist of fate and a few improper keystrokes, Christine Cardosa-Moore entered into my ordeal. Although she too went on about such things as escrow terms and liabilities, I (my wife) came to the conclusion that maybe I should bow out of the equation. What a great decision I made! In less time than it's taking me to write this, Christine had our house sold and was sending me the required paperwork necessary to complete the transaction. She was/is entirely competent and professional. Not a snafu to be had. Thank you so much Christine, your the best!!! And my wife thanks you also!

My first experience with Christine was when trying to find prior market values for this property. Because I do not live in the area, I placed a cold call to Christine due to favorable reviews read on YELP. She did not disappoint. She was articulate and helpful, and provided the information quickly and gratis. This very positive experience led me to contact her later upon deciding to sell the house.
Our tenants were Spanish speaking, but she had Spanish speaking staff available when needed. We wanted to give our tenants the opportunity to purchase, if possible, and she worked with them to see if they could qualify for financing. Unfortunately, they could not, but Christine was able to quickly find us a cash buyer and handle the very delicate process of notifying the tenants to vacate and ensuring that all was done to the buyer's satisfaction. As can be expected, there were bumps in the road where the tenants were concerned, but she was a very gracious and capable go between.
I am happy to say that I would highly recommend Christine to anyone looking for a savvy, gracious and capable agent.

Christine Cardoso-Moore is an extraordinary realtor. I was a new home buyer in an unfamiliar city and she helped me find a great property in a very cool location that met both my specific housing requirements and budget limitations. Purchasing a new home is a potentially stressful process, but Christine made it a breeze. She was at all times professional, courteous, competent, efficient, proactive, responsive to inquiries or concerns, and extremely helpful. She always returned phone calls, e-mails, or text messages within a few minutes, night or day. My friends who have purchased homes in the past warned me to look out for specific problems and pitfalls. When I checked on each of these, Christine had always already handled the issue(s) to my benefit. My friends were all somewhat amazed by how quickly she got me into a great home. I will use her services again if/when the occasion arises and if you are buying property in this area, I strongly encourage you to do yourself a favor and call her. You will be glad you did.
