Chris represented us in the purchase of our new home in San Mateo. We had such a positive experience with her that we didn’t hesitate to work with her again to sell our previous home in Belmont.
While searching for a new house, Chris understood very quickly the type of house we were looking for, and was patient with us. She never pushed us toward a particular house. When we found the right house, Chris was very thorough in helping us review the home and pest inspection reports to negotiate a price adjustment. She made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire home buying process.
Chris really demonstrated her commitment when we prepared to sell our Belmont house. She came up with great ideas on how to market the house, from the staging to the photography, and provided us with the latest detailed statistics on comparable home sales in our neighborhood. Chris was willing to host an open house every Saturday and Sunday until the house sold, and she provided feedback to us after each open house showing.
We found Chris to be extremely reliable and responsible, and very knowledgeable about the real estate process. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $550K in Sunnyside, San Francisco, CA.
Working with Chris is a dream. She helped me prepare my parents home for sale. It needed alot of TLC and she arranged everything. She hired the handyman to make necessary repairs and found an excellent cleaning service to clean the carpets, windows, floors, kitchen and bathrooms.
She worked so fast to prepare the property for the open house, that offers came in right away. Her creativity in marketing the property was amazing. She displayed family photos at the open house that told potential buyers of the home history. This house had been in our family for over 100 years.

We initially were looking for a home in the San Mateo area, then we had to expand our search as far as South San Jose. Even though Chris was primarily an agent in the Peninsula, she still took us on as clients. We took up most of her weekends driving for hours searching for the right home. We found our home and Chris was there every step of the way. She made sure that we did not lose this house due to any technicalties.
