Prior to becoming a full time Realtor in Indian River County, Christine worked locally at the A.G Edwards Brokerage Company, after leaving a successful, high-intensity career as a stock broker with the prestigious Morgan Stanley Company in Manhattan – on the trading desk, no less!

Christine and Ron Hughes, veteran top-producing area realtors, have joined Dale Sorensen Real Estate in their Oceanside Cardinal Drive office. The Hughes team sells properties throughout Vero Beach, even as they specialize in beachfront homes and condominiums.
Christine says “many years ago, I worked in the stock market at the prestigious Morgan Stanley in Manhattan, in the ebullient and prosperous 1990’s. Little did I know how well this would prepare me for the business aspect of buying and selling (and still trading) Real Estate, on behalf of our clients!”
Her husband, Ron, is a local icon, conducting Real Estate transactions since 1992 – always in Vero Beach. In such a small market area, Ron has completed sales of commercial units and many small business to complement his first love – stylish and creative marketing of residential properties. Ron is British – born, and has maintained his many international connections, to the advantage of his clients. (British buyers are second only to Canadians, as International buyers in Florida).
Ron and Christine maintain their own marketing team, within the Dale Sorensen Real Estate company. Headed – up by Helen Charlton, their very personal assistant, their aggressive marketing campaigns result in achieved sales in good, and not-so-good, housing markets.
