Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $750K in Sherman Oaks, Sherman Oaks, CA.
Christine helped my wife and I purchase our new home. In the process she showed extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and assisted us in navigating our purchase with what turned out to be a very difficult seller. I could not imagine how difficult it would have been to go through our process with someone less responsive or knowledgeable. After hearing horror story after horror story of other people's experience with either a buyer or seller's broker, I simply cannot recommend Christine highly enough.

Sold a home in 2013.
We've had the pleasure of working with Christine Kim on the sale of our home and the purchase of a new home. This review is about our experience as sellers.
We've bought and sold homes on several occasions in the past, so we felt that we were coming into this process with experience and prior knowledge. However no two real estate transactions are alike, and it's the agents ability to adapt and react to the unique situations that sets them apart from the rest.
One of Christine's top qualities is her responsiveness and availability. She returns calls, emails, and texts in record time, during all hours of the day, night, and weekends. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought we were her one and only client.
Christine is also very knowledgeable of the entire transaction process (buying an selling), terms, laws, and regulations. Her real estate knowledge, combined with her incredible relationship with other local agents and her negotiation skills, make her an asset to anyone she is representing.
We couldn't ask for a more smooth sales transaction. Christine held multiple open houses for our property, helped us navigate through multiple offers, and managed all communication with buyers and contractors to ensure we close escrow on time.
We consider Christine our agent and friend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.1M in Encino, Sherman Oaks, CA.
We could not have asked for a better agent to enable us to purchase our home. Given the current climate of limited inventory and multiple offers coming in for each listing, we knew we needed an agent who could give us an extra edge in order to find a home we would love. Christine was exceptional in her ability to go above and beyond and pursue various avenues for us to find our home. She did not stop at just finding current and upcoming listings, but went out of her way to find homes that could potentially become available. Throughout the many months we spent searching for our home, my husband and I had numerous questions, concerns, and ideas. Christine never failed to respond to us in a timely manner and did her very best to address every issue thoroughly.
Once there was a suitable home that was about to come on the market, Christine informed us of the opportunity immediately and ensured that we were able to see the home and place an offer with extreme expediency. The professionalism and courtesy she demonstrated in collaborating with other agents was no doubt an advantage for us in the buying process. She did a wonderful job of representing us as qualified buyers and making a case for our offers to be well reviewed and considered. She worked tirelessly to find us multiple comps and to ensure that we could place an offer with all of the necessary information at hand.
Our escrow process proceeded very smoothly and we were grateful for Christine's diligence, responsiveness, and insights throughout this period. We consistently felt that Christine went out of her way to ensure our success in finding our dream home. We couldn't be happier with the final result of finding the home that truly fit our needs in every way.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Studio City, Studio City, CA.
Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect from a real estate agent or even from the home purchasing process. With her vast knowledge of the neighborhood, she was able to give me great insight into what the property was worth in comparison to other units within close proximity of the home. My final and best offer was submitted with this knowledge and her suggestions on a fair price for that neighborhood. Due of her advice on making my offer stronger, I also met with the loan officer and drafted a personalized letter to be submitted with my final offer. I truly believe that these actions made my offer stand out which ultimately led to having my offer being accepted by the seller.
Since then, she has worked tirelessly (even through the holidays) to make sure that documents were submitted in a timely manner and consistently stayed in contact with the loan officer on the status of the loan to try to meet the escrow closing deadline. She has always been professional and very approachable. I received phone calls and emails almost immediately whenever I had a question andshe kept me informed of all email communications between the escrow officer, seller's agent and the loan officer. Despite escrow closing last week, she is still negotiating on my behalf to reverse a few charges on the closing costs which were to be paid by the seller.
Aside from dealing with all the required documents, she introduced me to two contractors and a floor specialist to receive estimates on my planned renovations. She also emailed me numerous photos of design ideas, websites, store and vendor information on where I can get discounted prices on items for the renovations. Not only did she give me a homeowner's perspective, she also gave me a real estate agent's perspective on what will be best for my resale in the future.
I would highly recommend Christine to anyone who is interested in purchasing or selling a home. She is detailed, thorough, efficient, professional, knowledgeable while at the same time being friendly and approachable. She will work on your behalf and always with your best interest in mind. If I sell this property in the future, I will definitely list the home with Christine.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Studio City, Studio City, CA.
I was really impressed with Christine's vast knowledge of the areas I was interested in, and how honest and down to earth she was. She was very easy to work with, extremely professional, and I always felt she had my best interests in mind. I would recommend her to anyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Kensington, CA.
Christine is very responsive, resourceful and diplomatic. She bought the material and arranged for a minor bathroom remodel prior to the listing. She was able to gather all pertinent information on a property next door to plan an appropriate action to present my house in the best condition. She was particularly helpful in negotiating with a difficult neighbor regarding her trees that were blocking my views.
