Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Northgate, Fremont, CA.
I wanted to move into a larger home with very specific features and had been looking for a while. With Christine's extensive knowledge and expertise, I found a home that more than met my needs and since I was preapproved, I was able to purchase the home for an excellent price below market without selling my current home. The next step was to sell my prior home and there was no question that Christine was the right person for the job. With Christine's guidance, the home showed pride of ownership and with extensive marketing and great visual photos, I was able to reflect the warmth and bright qualities of the home.
After the first open house, we received a full price, as-is offer from a well qualified buyer and are closing one month from the date of the Open House. I was able to experience the best of both worlds – the highest price for the home I was selling and the best price for my new home. All along the way, Christine's experience and professionalism made this an enjoyable as well as a positive financial experience.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Niles, Fremont, CA.
Christine just helped us sell our home that she also helped us buy in The Niles district of Fremont. I love working with her. She is patient, responsive, has good advice, doesn't have that salesperson feel, and has your best interest at heart. She is currently helping us relocate to Livermore where she is now a current resident. There are no houses for sale in the area we want to buy so she gets creative. She has literally pounded the pavement and has found leads! I know the process of buying a new home with her, again, will be a great one. She is personable and treats our family like her own. Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Northgate, Fremont, CA.
Christine helped us with buying our first house and also with the short sale process 7 years later. She has been a delight to work with. She supported us during difficult times and provided great guidance. Christine is extremely professional, diligent and skillful through the buy and sell process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in South Sundale, Fremont, CA.
Christine is an amazing agent in many ways. She really tries to understand your needs and intelligently select propertiest that would suit you. And she put herself in your shoes and will clearly point out issues with the housethat may concern you during showing . Then, she supports you though each step of the way through one of the biggest decisions of one's live - especially in the Bay area. As for me, i was wanting to make certain, i have made the right decision and she was patient and supportive the entire time! Beyond all that, she proactively think of things you would have to do in order to get the house of your dreams so you don't end up empty handed in a bidding war. She also came to visit after i moved in just to make sure everything went fine! I was absolutely lucky to have Christine as my agent and i would recommend her to anyone!!

Christine was such a huge part of mine and my husbands success in buying our first home. She was very professional, and she was always there for us. Buying our home had some crazy bumps in the road but Christine was always there with a positive word. We would have not wanted to share this experience with anybody else.
