Christoph's career in the Mortgage Business started in 2001 with a small mortgage broker before he obtained his Real Estate Sales License in 2005 and obtaining his Real Estate Brokers License in 2008. Christoph has been actively involved in Real Estate Sales mainly in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area (Maricopa County) and has worn the hats of the buyer's agent, and listing agent before he decided to go back in the field that started off his career; that is, Mortgage Lending.
Before moving to Arizona, Christoph grew up in Austria, on his parents vineyard, before graduating from Institute Hotelier Cesar Ritz in Switzerland.
Christoph is now a licensed loan originator for MyCityLender.com and joined the Phoenix Metro Branch in the Summer of 2010, located in Chandler, Arizona.
His understanding of the complexities of Real Estate transactions and experience in representing buyers and sellers was the precursor to moving back into the field he originally started out in. He saw that there was an important need for honest and knowledgeable loan originators to help buyers and sellers through the process.
