Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Houston, TX.

Summary:

I found Chris on the internet along with 3 other realtors who I asked to send me property listings as they became available. He was the only realtor that was consistent and reliable in his responses each week. When it came time to visit, Chris had all the information on each property that we were to view. He walked through each property with us and the other agents. His observations about the properties and his attention to detail were extremely helpful. When it came time for an offer, we were able to save additional money due to Chris's expertise. I have recommended 2 other people to Chris from the Texas area and both have bought property in Houston. There are many realtors in Houston but I find it hard to believe that there are any more thorough than Chris.…More Less

Summary:

Chris never seemed to lose patience. We took a lot of time to find the house we wanted for the price we wanted and Chris was unfailingly cheerful and patient. We came also to rely heavily on his technical expertise-he got us a good deal.
