I'm a 7-year industry professional that has done everything from internet leads (Lending Tree, etc.) to running my own independent brokerage.  I believe in understanding everything about the mortgage process from the application through the eventual securitization of the mortgage note.  I also believe that YOU don't have to understand all that, but you'll be better off if you work with someone that does.

I specialize in Utah mortgages, but I lend in most states across the country.

It's easy to learn about me, which I recommend you do before you contact me.  I publish a personal blog, a finance blog, a RateWatch email alert for my subscribers, and a weekly column for the local newspaper.  I'm on LinkedIn and on Twitter, and if you Google Chris Jones Group, you'll be drowning in information.  As I say, you'd be well advised to do this.  I'm different.

I grew up in Virginia and have lived in Seattle and Budapest, but Lehi, Utah is my home now.  My wife Jeanette and I live here with our 8 children (not a typo), two cats, and umpteen chickens.  I garden, I fish, and I sing opera, and get paid for it (it's not as impressive as it sounds).

And I believe that no matter how black things get, if you have enough friends, you're going to be fine.
