Chris Reed is a very unique person. Not only is he extermely knowledgeable about all areas but he is reachable 24/7 practically! No one could believe it when I told them I could call my realtor at midnight panicking or early in the morning! Chris is VERY supportive emotionally and very efficient and honest! Love it! I have purchased a home using Chris in Victorian Village as well as sold a duplex on campus. He was knowlegeable, professional and prompt in all encounters. Sold a home in 2010.
Chris was able to sell our house in less than 3 months in this market! He was then able to negotiate a great short sale for us. Chris is very dedicated to getting the most for his clients. I would highly recommend Chris to anybody. I would use no other agent tan him!

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Tuttle West, Dublin, OH.
Chris helped us sell our condominium quickly. There were people who kept telling us that our condo was not going to sell in this market. So I would like to tell all those people out there..IN YOUR FACE!
If you have a good agent you can definitely sell your property and that too quickly.
His best skill is advertising. He makes sure your property looks the best and advertises it at every possible place to set more eyes on it.
So now we are closed on our condo and waiting for our new home to be built. And guess who is our real estate agent this time! That's right.. Its Chris Reed!

I enjoyed working with you both! Emotions ran high after closing the unit you owned for a short time, others said it was "impossible" and will "never appraise".....in real estate anything is possible~I didn't say likely, but definitely possible! Enjoy your new home when it is finished!

Chris is such a friendly agent who is very knowledgeable and is able to put deals together like magic. He sold my house in a week when there were four other house on the market for sale within the same subdivision. He is the agent who will deliever the results you are looking for.

Showed home in 2012 in Darbydale, OH 43123.
I called Chris to set up a viewing of the Trinity Columbia II at Hoover Crossing in Grove city. I called on a Wednesday explaining that I would be coming from out of town and set up a 1 PM meeting time. Come Saturday at 1 PM no Chris to be seen and he never even answered his phone for the rest of the day or returned my calls. I hung out in the area for about an hour thinking he would call back , but no luck. A complete waste of time and poor professionalism on his part. I would never recommend dealing with him. But on a side note Chris, I will waste your time every chance I get and then maybe you will learn to respect other peoples time.

I have flagged this post because I have no idea who "anonymous" is, I don't "show" lots to anyone, I certainly NEVER showed you a house in Southwest Columbus as your post indicates, and I believe in order to "review" someone~you should have (at minimum) actually met and interacted with them. Zillow~please review your Good Neighbor Posting Policy.

Chris helped me prepare and sell my condo, so when it came time to put my vacant property up for sale, I called Chris. As expected I just closed on one of my properties and Chris has a buyer for the other. I knew he would come through for me!! Need I say more!!
