Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Fairview, TN.
Me and my wife could not have asked for a beter realtor. Chuck took great care of us and helped us find the right house for us. We truly could not have done it without him. He made the entire process so much easier for us. Being first time home buyers, we had alot pf questions and didnt know alot about the home buying process. Chuck's ability to relay the information we needed and educate us about it was a blessing. He is an honest guy and wants to place people where they really want to be. We never felt any pressure from him to buy, regaurdless of how many times we looked around. In the end he got us in the area we wanted to be in for the right price and we could not thank him enough. Now, with our first born on the way, we can look forward to our future with a stable foundation in place for our growing family for many years to come. I would strongly urge anyone looking for a realtor to use Chuck Simpson. He is no doubt a good choice for anyone looking for help with any real estate needs.
Very thorough and detailed realtor who actually cares about his clients and wants to make sure that they are happy. He spent over three years helping us find a home, and we never once saw him grow frustrated. Very knowledgeable about residentail construction as well so he knows what to look for in construction. We would highly recommend Chuck to help you find a new hime.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.175M in Santa Fe, TN.
Chuck was our realtor in Tennessee for the sale of our large farm. We would highly recommend him. His professionalism in arranging showings and attention to detail was unparalleled. He took the time to walk the entire property and was always able to answer any questions that potential buyers may have had. He also went the extra mile in obtaining all necessary records from our local deeds office. The brochures and adds that he created for our listing were first class and the photos high lighted all of the beautiful details of the farm. The sale of a large property can be very stressful, however Chuck made the process as easy and care free as it could have been.

Our experience working with Chuck was amazing. His knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness were all impeccable. We were first time buyers, so we had lots of questions. Chuck patiently answered and explained all of our concerns. We would highly recommend Chuck Simpson to anyone looking for a realtor in the Mid-TN area.
I recommend Chuck without reservation. I live out of state and he helped me sell my father's home in Columbia, TN. I always felt like he was responsive and engaged; a fair negotiator that had my back. Some issues came up with the property (unforeseen repairs, legal issues) and through Chuck's expertise and contacts he was able to handle them on my behalf. Because of Chuck's knowledge of the local marketplace I was able to sell the home for more than I was expecting. I wish I had more property in Columbia to sell, because I would use Chuck again.
Chuck is an absolutely phenomenal real estate agent and there is truly nothing more that my fiancée and I could’ve asked for in an agent. We had interviewed multiple agents before meeting with Chuck, but we knew by the end of our first meeting that he was the one we wanted to work with. Chuck is very friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and a kind-hearted individual. He communicated promptly and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we were well-informed and knew about the positive and negative aspects of any home we visited.
One of the things I liked the most about Chuck was that he was extremely patient during the entire process. He made it very clear that his clients’ interests were his primary concern, and he absolutely followed through on those words.
There was never any pressure to make a rushed offer (even when we were being particular about characteristics of homes that most agents would likely find were minor issues) and there was never any pressure to work with his affiliates (although when we did work with them, we found them to be very professional and likable as well). This really struck a chord with me as I got the impression from the other agents that they were more like typical salesmen and less like someone who I could genuinely trust.
Chuck on the other hand was like a close member of family. I never questioned his motives once during the process, and that’s very important to me. I’m sure that other people who’ve worked with Chuck feel the same way. After we met with Chuck the first time, I asked for 3 references of individuals that Chuck had worked with in the past. When I spoke with them on the phone, 2 of the 3 individuals surprised me by coming out and saying that they felt like Chuck was a member of family and went into detail regarding why they felt this way (and the 3rd had nothing but good things to say either). Their testimonials were genuine and heartfelt; I’d never heard people express anything like that about anyone they did business with and it solidified what my fiancée and I were already thinking.
Having said all that, let me be clear: even though Chuck is one of the friendliest individuals I’ve ever met, he was as tough as nails when it came to negotiating the best deal and ensuring that we were treated fairly during the purchasing process. Not only was he able to get the sellers to throw in several thousand dollars’ worth of furniture, appliances, and closing costs, but when (on the day before closing) the sellers were out of compliance a bit with one of the aspects of the contract that many people would consider relatively minor (but that were important to my fiancée and I), Chuck immediately contacted the seller’s agent and got the issue resolved quickly. Overhearing him during this call was an eye-opening experience for me. He has a nice – but – firm manner of conflict resolution that people really respond well to.
I think that anyone who has the opportunity to work with Chuck and doesn’t is really doing themselves a disservice. Purchasing a home is just too big of a financial undertaking to not have someone like Chuck in your corner. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
