Bought a Townhouse home in 2010 in Tempe, AZ.
Chuck has been involved in each of the five transactions I have had in Arizona since moving to Pinetop in 2007. All have closed without a hitch. He has been, and continues to be, courteous, insightful, knowledgeable, prompt and he returns phone calls in a timely fashion. I cannot think of a negative aspect of his representation and I intend to use his services concerning real estate buying or selling in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in AZ.
Chuck Teetsel assisted us in the sale of our home in Pinetop. We had to move before our house sold, and Chuck expertly guided us through this process. We felt very confident that our house was in excellent hands. Because of Chuck, we received a very good offer on our home. His knowledge of the market is excellent and he worked very hard on our behalf. We are very grateful to him and would highly recommend him and All Seasons Properties.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Pinetop, AZ.
Chuck Teetsel and All Seasons property sold a house For St. Anthony School which the school had received in a will bequest. Chuck was wonderful from the beginning to the end of the process. He sold the house for a good price and was responsive to the school's needs. Chuck treated all parties very well and his professionalism was top notch. Chuck knows the local real estate market extremely well as he has been visiting or living in the White Mountains most of his life. I would highly recommend Chuck to anyone I know.
