    Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Traverse City, MI.
    Chuck was excellent to work with and I would recommend him to any of my friends and family. I was a first time home buyer who really had no idea what he was doing. Chuck was patient and always available to me when I had questions or concerns about the home buying process. His wealth of local knowledge includes not only neighborhood insights but also industry partners ie) lenders; appraisers; inspection professionals; developers; and contractors. All of these things made me feel very comfortable from our first meeting all the way to the closing table!

    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Kingsley, MI.
    Chuck did an excellent job helping us find a house. He was very quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages, even on the weekend! He could get us in to look at any house we wanted to see on the day we requested. We were very happy with the service he provided.

    A 1984 graduate of the University of Illinois, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and a former Illinois State Scholar, I have a lengthy history of purchasing, negotiation, and sales service experience. I know that in real estate, as in all of life, details make the difference. It is the tending to the myriad details, anticipating situations, and providing superior levels of service that separates me from the competition.

    I specialize in the marketing and selling of residential real estate, especially in the west side of the greater Traverse City are, including Lake Ann, Interlochen, Frankfort, Beulah, Honor, and Benzonia. I zealously represent home sellers and home buyers, with passion and integrity.

    Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), to aid troubled homeowners and to assist buyers of distressed properties;

    Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), which has given me the education and experience to offer consultation to our aging population.     I have also earned the designation "E-Marketing Pro," which means that I am a specialist in utilizing the Internet to market homes and properties for sale.

    Formerly of suburban Chicago, I now reside in Lake Ann, a beautiful small town about 15 miles southwest of Traverse City. In my free time I enjoy the company of my beautiful wife, our three dogs, three cats, as well as family and friends. I am an avid photographer, and find this area rich in photo opportunities. It is my dream to combine my two passions, photography and writing, to create a photographic journal of northern Michigan.
