Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Kingsley, MI.
Chuck did an excellent job helping us find a house. He was very quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages, even on the weekend! He could get us in to look at any house we wanted to see on the day we requested. We were very happy with the service he provided.

He is an amazing realtor. We couldn't have asked for a better one. He had tons of knowledge and helped with any questions we asked. He is amazing with kids and an all around great guy. If we ever buy again we will definetly be using him!!! 5 stars for sure!!

In my recent experience, I would highly recommend Chuck Gollay. He helped me find just the right property I was looking for and went out of his way to do so. As far as selling properties I have a couple of neighbors that have listed with him and were very satisfied with the short time he took to sell their homes. Chuck Gollay is a highly motivated agent and works hard to make his clients happy.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Grawn, MI.
Chuck was very professional in his initial meeting with us. From that point on we were like old friends. He is ez-going, energetic, and passionate about his work. He has shown more flexibility in his scheduling and showings than any other agent I have worked with. This is my second house purchase and I would use him again for any other real-estate needs in the area.

Chuck helped us buy our "starter house" and we couldn't be happier - we love our home and we got a great deal on it. He showed us numerous properties before we finally found the right one and he was always willing to provide honest and helpful advice. We really felt that Chuck cared about finding us a house that was right for us rather than just making a quick sale. In addition to being a great realtor, he's also a cool guy - he's funny and interesting (and he brews his own beer). If you're buying or selling a house you're going to be spending a LOT of time with your real estate agent, you might as well pick someone who's not going to bore you to death. When we are ready to relocate we will definitely be calling him to help us sell this house and find a new one.

We've been working with Chuck for almost a year--he's been helping us find a potential retirement home in the beautiful Traverse City area. We are looking for a good deal, we are picky, and are not in a hurry to buy. Probably not ideal clients. At any rate, Chuck has been proactive and very helpful. He understands our needs/wants and has been very patient. He is very knowledgeable and is an excellent communicator. He cares about doing a good job. We appreciate the solid guidance he has provided to us. My husband is a real estate professional as well, and we want to work with the best and that's what we see in Chuck. Highly recommend.

However, working with Chuck we were able to utilize his honest and accurate wealth of knowledge regarding the market to properly price our home and we were able to successfully negotiate an offer on our home in less than a week! Chuck will give you his honest opinion about your home and the current conditions of the market and help you devise a strategy that will allow you to sell your home.
