I am soon to be a new real estate agent and seeking a great company/broker that I can join

Answer

Interview with 2-3 managing brokers and find the best fit. But more than that, join a team. Offer to be an agent/assistant for someone. Get paid a bit to be their assistant while not closing many deals at first. More than that though, learn how to manage transactions and work with an experienced agent on how to market yourself to get business. Good luck and remember that 9/10 agents make it past year 2 in the business. Bust your butt, pick up the phone, run open houses, knock on doors, etc. The worst you will ever hear from someone is no.

Noisy, Nasty, Neighbors when trying to sell my house

Answer

Tell your agent to go over there, knock on the door and ask for some common courtesy. May not work but you never know until you try. I had a listing next to a neighbor that NEVER mowed their lawn. It was beyond ridiculous. I called the city and complained, the next day the city was out there cutting the lawn and sent the owner the bill. Moral is take things into your own hands.

How do I list my house for sale on Zillow?

Answer

Nationally in 2012, FSBO's sold 14%-18% less than homes listed by brokerages. Hiring an agent will cost you 6%, you profit 8%-12% more by hiring an agent. Not every transaction is the same but do you have the time to list it yourself? Probably not. Do you have the ability to market the home for sale? If your relying on Zillow and Craigslist, the answer is no. The bottom line is hire and agent.
