Showed home in 2013 in El Sobrante, CA 94803.
I met Cielo Fuentes on March 2, 2013, and she agreed to be my realtor. She showed me and my daughter two listings. I found her unhelpful and uninterested in us when I tried to talk to her about the houses. All she would say was that there would be a line of people who would be interested, and that we should make up our minds quickly. When I wrote her the very next day - on Mar 3rd to tell her we wanted to make an offer on the second house, she did not answer my call nor return my email. Now it's Mar 4th, 2:00 in the afternoon, and still no answer. She totally dropped the ball, and made it clear she was not interested in any of our concerns or in carrying through with a realtor's commitment to help us buy a house.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2001 for approximately $200K in San Pablo, CA.
It has been a very pleasant experience working with cielo.
She is very knowledgeable and quik to response to any question I had.
I would hightly recommend cielo to anyone looking for a realstate agent, I am very sure anyone that uses her services will not be disapointed.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Richmond, CA.
Cielo was great, We were buying our first hiome and did not have a clue what to do. Cielo patiently walked us threw the process and even helped find the perfect lender. Cielo always answered my calls, was never late and allowed us to take up her time by viewing many properties
