Showed home in 2013 in El Sobrante, CA 94803.
I met Cielo Fuentes on March 2, 2013, and she agreed to be my realtor. She showed me and my daughter two listings. I found her unhelpful and uninterested in us when I tried to talk to her about the houses. All she would say was that there would be a line of people who would be interested, and that we should make up our minds quickly. When I wrote her the very next day - on Mar 3rd to tell her we wanted to make an offer on the second house, she did not answer my call nor return my email. Now it's Mar 4th, 2:00 in the afternoon, and still no answer. She totally dropped the ball, and made it clear she was not interested in any of our concerns or in carrying through with a realtor's commitment to help us buy a house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2001 for approximately $200K in San Pablo, CA.
It has been a very pleasant experience working with cielo.
She is very knowledgeable and quik to response to any question I had.
I would hightly recommend cielo to anyone looking for a realstate agent, I am very sure anyone that uses her services will not be disapointed.

Cielo was great, We were buying our first hiome and did not have a clue what to do. Cielo patiently walked us threw the process and even helped find the perfect lender. Cielo always answered my calls, was never late and allowed us to take up her time by viewing many properties

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $350K in Hercules, CA.
I had a wonderful home buying experience with Cielo while buying my 2nd home in hercules. She is very professional and knows the process, procedures and details of closing. She was upfront with most of the disclosures and costs, maintained transparancy and trust at all times. there was no time where I had a second thought in my mind about having her as my agent in the process. She helped with best of references including mortgage, property evaluation, contractors references and after sales help with putting the home on rent. I ended up working with her references for almost everything after checking in with local available contacts. Her references were the best and most affordable.
