Summary:

It is simple. Call Cindy. I read Cindy's reviews, called and it was the best decision I could have made. We recently purchased a home in Hunterdon County and schools were our main focus during the search. Cindy knew where every property was located and which school district it was in. She worked within our budget and was respectful of our schedules. She was always on time, returned my calls and emails promptly and was a wonderful resource through the entire process. Sold a home in 2011.

Summary:

If I had to use one word to describe Cindy it would be professional and all that it entails. We had a difficult house to sell but with her knowledge and expertise in this market the job got done to our complete satisfaction. No matter when we needed to get in touch with her our calls were returned almost immediately and you could even imagine a smile on the other end. From the day the house was listed to the closing she made a tough process for us easy.

Would we recommend her to our friends, family, etc? In a second. Thank you Cindy!

Bought a home in 2011.

Summary:

So, we see a bunch of houses and liked one. We get to know there's already another application with the seller. Was very skeptical but Cindy was positive and calls me in her office in the evening after my work and explains... I sign the application and she arranges the pre-approval the same night....

Had it not been for Cindy's advice, we wouldn't have got the house we liked so much. Cindy was excellent with the followups, negotiations, responses, details and knowledge. She also works with all the best people around her (lenders, attorneys, home inspectors).
