Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Kinnelon, NJ.
She has many listings and sells some. Not very creative or attentive once he gets the listing. Negotiation skills need improvement.

We did have a signed contract on your property but due to home inspection issues the buyers Attorney advised the buyers to cancel the contract. I was not permitted to see the home inspection report. I never had the chance to negotiate. Your home was listed a few times with other Realtors and I was told you never received a contract on the house before. I did negotiate a contract for you and I was very attentive and creative. I am sorry you feel the way you do. I wish you good luck in the future.

Cindy Gallagher is a Professional that gets things done in regard to selling Real Estate
I wished I would have went with her at the beginning,She does not waste time,Very proactive,Knows people that will help get the job done,fair prices on Contractors required to facilitate the Buying process.In my opinion she is the Best Bar None.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Kinnelon, NJ.
We recently sold our home with Cindy's expert assistance in Fayson Lakes, Kinnelon.
Cindy has the knowledge and experience in Kinnelon and surrounding areas as she has lived here all her life. She guided us through each step, many of them "nail bitters" but she kept it all moving forward. We listed, received an offer, and closed within 60 days!!! Quite an accomplishment in this economy. We would highly recommend Cindy!!!

Sold a home in 2012.
Cindy was wonderful! We had several realtors come to the house before we listed and Cindy was the most professional with the best marketing plan! After we listed we also were frequently not able to be in the area and Cindy helped us by meeting with people who we hired to do various and assorted jobs... She also had a list of people we could call to get a job done well!!! She was on top of the offers and helped us through the whole process!!! We sold in a tough market in the Fall/Winter in under 5 months from listing to closing - and that included an unexpected visit from Hurricane Sandy!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in West Milford, NJ.
At our first meeting Cindy told me how important it was for my house to be priced right for sale... With her guidance we put the house on the market and had a buyer in three days. When I had issues during the inspection, Cindy told me not to worry, that she would be with me every step of the way, . Cindy and I had almost daily contact, she gave me guidance when needed, and the closing took place right on schedule..... During this time Cindy also assisted me in purchasing a condo.. she negotiate a fair price and again we closed right on schedule.
Cindy Gallagher is a knowledgable and dedicated realtor who is attentive to her clients...I would highly recommend her without hesitation.

Sold & bought new house with Cindy in a tough market. She worked very hard through the difficult process & made things happen. At the same time she makes you feel like you're her only client. Very impressed. We actaully got more than listing price for our house......

Cindy Gallagher sold my home in Kinnelon The sale of my house was not and easy sale due to a divorce but Cindy over saw all aspects of selling it. The house was marketed very well and I would highly recommend Cindy.
