Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $50K in Council Bluffs, IA.
Ms Keil was recommended to me by my son who is a Realty Agent for ReMax in Lincoln Nebraska. Our family was selling the home of our 91 year old sister-in-law, who lived in Council Bluffs. We live in Kansas so we had to rely on Ms Keils expertise to handle everything for us. She was extremely professional guiding us through the process and monitoring the situation for us and keeping us appraised of the situation. She presented comparable properties in the area to guide us to the proper price. Within one week, the property had been shown 10 times and she brought us a cash offer. During the process, the house was damaged by a hail storm, Ms Keil negotiated with the buyer on our behalf to reach a settlement concerning the damage and salvaged the sale. I would highly recommend Ms Keil to anyone seeking to sell their property

Cindy has been a plethora of knowledge when selling our house privately. Her knowledge and expertise in Iowa laws regarding a private sale created a great deal of trust in having her work on our behalf. Cindy responds in a timely manner to email, phone calls and text messages. She has a passion for what she does, and it shows. We will not take our business to anybody but her, no matter which Realtor she works for, we consider her ours for future business.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Clearfield, UT.
We are in the military and got orders to move to an overseas location. Our home was worth less than what we owed and we were afraid that doing a short sale would hurt our credit tremendously. Cindy's knowledge on what programs were available for our unique situation and hardship was above and beyond what we expected. Although it took many months because of issues with banks and buyer, Cindy was always on top of things and when things fell through with the first buyers she had another buyer setup within a week. Cindy will work hard for you and we will use her again whenever we get to settle down. I highly recommend Cindy and her team, if you want or need results they will get them for you. THANK YOU CINDY!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Toledo, OH.
I could not have been happier with my experience with Cindy. The process of a short sale is daunting and scary to me and with out her knowledge of the process, I would have been a nervous wreck through the entire process. She held my hand through it all and was always willing to answer ALL my questions, no matter how small. I hope I never have to do a short sale again but if I do, I will define try use Cindy again!

Cindy went above and beyond in my short sale process. She kept me informed through out and always keep me up to date on issues needing immediate action. She helped ease a stressful situation and I felt comforted knowing she was my Realtor. Cindy is very proactive also, a real go-getter. I felt that all angles were covered in a timely manner. Cindy is very knowledgeable of the short sale process. She stayed dedicated to sell my home and after a long short sale negotiation we were able to sell. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone who is pursuing a short sale.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $200K in Perrysburg, OH.
Cindy was supposed to help us with our short sale. She told us that our second mortgae would be forgiven if we brought $5100 in cash to our closing. We did this. SHE DID NOT SHOW UP AT CLOSING. We signed everything, believing that she was honest. Well, she AND the buyers agent each took a 6% commision...from US, and on top of that, the second mortgage holder now is taking us to court for the rest of the money owed! DO NOT USE HER without a really good attorney protecting you...she lies!

Laretta, I am truly sorry you are continuing to have a difficult time. As I explain to all my clients, only your lender can choose to forgive a loan deficiency. I concur that a review by an attorney is always good advice. In fact, the documents that I went over with you, when I listed your home, expressly suggested that you obtain both professional legal and tax advice. I did all I could do to help you and your family. You are a good person. Keep the faith and things will get better.
