Cindy Ray of Addison Realty is the best real estate agent to have on your side. She goes above and beyond! She has helped me every step of the way making the process less stressful and indeed even fun. I highly recommend her and her team.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Wharton/Hawthorne/Bella Vista, Philadelphia, PA.
Cindy's help was invaluable in finding and purchasing a home in Philadelphia. She knows Philadelphia's neighborhoods and is willing to give honest advice about properties. Bought a home in 2012.
Cynthia Ray was an excellent real estate professional. Her years of experience living and working in the Philadelphia area (she grew up in Philadelphia. and has been a Philadelphia lawyer experienced in building management her entire professional life) make her invaluable as a real estate agent. Cynthia understands the complexities of the real estate process, including the buying and selling issues, the legal ramifications, and the management/building construction concerns. As the process unfolded, I always felt that Cynthia could be trusted to negotiate for me fairly but with toughness (I knew she had my best interests in mind and was fighting hard for me on every detail.) Cynthia was available to me at all times, responsive to any and all questions I had, friendly, caring, and professional. I have worked with many realtors on previous selling/buying experiences, and I found Cynthia to be exceptional. Anyone looking for an agent who is experienced and talented as well as a pleasure to work with should choose Cynthia.

Bought a home in 2009.
I'm a tough customer to please so I rarely do such reviews. But Cindy has impressed me with her knowledge of the real estate market and her stellar service every step of the way in finding me a home and then helping me to rent it out! I'm so lucky to have found her when I first moved to Philadelphia. I first recruited Cindy to assist me in purchasing my condo in Philly. She was very conscious of my likes, needs and budget and showed me only those properties that met with my criteria. I had worked with real estate agents in the past who wasted my time by showing me properties that clearly didn't fit my interest profile. So Cindy was a welcome change! I have purchased a beautiful home through her, used her to rent my place once I moved out of Philly, and will be going through her to sell my place when the time comes. I would highly recommend Cindy to anyone who is looking to buy/sell/rent.
