Sold a Multi Family home in 2014 in Carol Stream, IL.

Where to start? I called the Banks team barely over a month ago because I was impressed with their website, but was afraid I may be just another buyer/seller to them. Ms. Cindy then came to our home to discuss selling strategies and pricing. She quickly evaluated our property and gave us some very important staging advice to help with the sale of our home. Then she gave us the listing price that was $8,000 (roughly 5%) higher than what Berkshire Hathaway had told us 1 month prior and higher than most comps in our area. Initially we laughed and thought no way, but desperate to make more money we gave her a shot. The for-sale sign went up, and the first day we hit the market, we received 2 offers at full price. Her marketing, and the staging advice played a huge part in the sale. We then focused our energy in buying a home, she took the time to help identify our needs and made sure to provide us with the inventory that matched them. We were a bit needy, and sometimes wanted to see a property at the drop of a dime, but she always seems to be accessible. Not sure about about 24/7( I have kids and usually fall asleep sitting up during the 10pm news) but she was in contact with us even when her beloved dogs passed and could be easily reached when she was out of state. I believe she gave us a honest opinion on homes we saw, from an investment and needs standpoint. When we found our new home she aggressively negotiated for us, and again she wow'd us with a price that we believed to be unattainable(same price as a bit bigger comps sold for 7 weeks prior)! However.... forget about the business stuff. I would do business or refer business to Cindy because she treated us like friends and not dollar signs ! Such a cliche, but so true!! She made us feel comfortable, with her knowledge of the market, dedication, sense of humor, brutal honesty and inviting us into her own home! Don't take my word for it , just call her and you'll be preaching about Ms. Cindy as well  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $400K in Wheaton, IL.

I was highly recommended by multiple people to use Cindy Banks as my realtor, and only heard great things. After spending the last month looking through homes with Cindy, my wife and I found our first home, and we love it. I can honestly say Cindy exceeded all of her positive hype!

This was my first time buying a home, so she was very helpful with honestly answering all of my questions, even if they were basic. Cindy has EXTENSIVE knowledge of the area and provides honest advice in your best interest, not hers.

When it came time for negotiating the deal, Cindy did a fantastic job. I am still amazed at the deal we walked away with, she is very good at what she does!

One example of Cindy's dedication was she stayed up emailing and talking documents through with me on the phone until 11:30 PM because we found a house we really liked, and she understands house fast the good houses go.

She has a go getter personality, but also has a great attitude and is easy to get along with. Cindy will work hard for you.

I highly recommend Cindy, there is a reason she has so many great reviews!
