    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Orlando, FL.
    It was great working with Cindy while she helped me in finding, purchasing, and understanding the process of buying my first home in Orlando. In the search for my home she paid careful detail to what it was that I found appealing in a house so she was able to avoid showing me properties that I would not be interested in. Cindy's background in construction allowed her to explain to me the importance of a newer roof, what different cracks in the stucco could be from, and many other details I don't think other realtors would be able to pick out.
