Bought a home in 2012.
My husband and I began working with Cindy when we decided to buy our first home in the Fall 2012. She was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the whole process. She helped point out things that first time homebuyers may not look for or notice when looking at older houses in a big city. We gave her a list of things that we were looking for and she stuck to our list when searching and showing us listings. She was also available at any time when we had to get a hold of her. In addition, when we had personal family issues occurring, she was very accommodating and kept helping us no matter how long of a break we needed. Since we were relatively new to the area and new to the process, Cindy helped us find a mortgage broker and a lawyer, who were all fantastic. We were very pleased with all of her recommendations. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Kinderhook, NY.
Cindy delivered everything she promised. We are very grateful for her help, guiding us through the process as first time home buyers. Not only is she an excellent agent, but she has a great sense of humor. My husband is tough... loves to bust chops, and Cindy rolled with the punches and gave a few shots herself.
