Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $550K in Avon By The Sea, NJ.
Cindy Nelson is "AWESOME" . She helped us with both the sale of our home and finding our DREAM HOME. She is an amazing person who always made us feel like we were her only client and would always answer our calls/concerns no matter when we called her. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND CINDY!!!!

Sold a home in 2011.
16 years ago Cindy Nelson helped us purchase a home in Neptune City. It was a great house that we loved for those 16 years. When we made the decision to downsize there was no question but that we would call Cindy. She again did an outstanding job!! We listed our house with her on June 21st and it was sold by November 17th. During this time we worked with her to find our new home. We made an offer on a new home one week later - the offer was accepted and we are now living in a beautiful home and couldn't be happier!

What can you expect in a real estate agent? My experience with Cindy showed me that you can never set your limits too high. I hoped I would have someone who would do a commendable, professional and "extra effort" job at selling my house. What I got was someone who did all that and assisted my move to my new home by being someone who gave me emotional support to deal with unexpected health problems (why did I need to break my hip 6 weeks before the closing?), logistic advice on transporting a semi-feral cat to Florida and numerous occasions of just getting me through stress related rantings. On that trip to Florida, I called Cindy in desparation on the morning of my flight (as she had offered previously) and she came and helped me get my cat in his kennel for the flight. That we made it safely after all that ensued I later concluded was a result of divine intervention. I just want to commend Cindy and thank her for being such an active and welcome part of that plan.

Cindy Nelson is an outstanding realtor. Cindy is the definition of integrity and will aggressively ensure the buying process goes smoothly. She is responsive, a hard worker, and most importantly trust worthy! She is wise and offers great advice. Cindy stays on top of issues that arise throughout the process and gets things done in a timely fashion. She has a special talent for working well with all players involved in the rigorous process of buying a home. Even faced with the impossible she produces positive results! Cindy is professional, personable and no pressure. I highly recommend Cindy to others buying or selling real-estate.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300K in Oakhurst, NJ.
Cindy knows her stuff -- and the market -- and the local neighborhoods! She guided us in EVERY step of our new (1st home) purchase. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a home (or to sell) in eastern Monmouth County. She always met our busy schedule and was available in person or on the phone whenever we had a question.

I found Cindy Nelson to be professional and efficient. However what impressed me most was her warm personality and the fact that we became fast friends. I needed to sell my mother's house quickly and she sold it in a weeks time. She took care of the minor details as I live out of state. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I will miss her pleasant voice on the other end of the phone line.

Cindy was able to get our short sale approved with the bank and see to all
the details to keep everyone moving along amicabally. I know without her we would
not have sold, we tried others.
At the end, the buyers had a new home just before Christmas, and we were able to
proceed with a move across country. Cindy runs her sales like a business, and we
are very pleased to have worked with her. Glenn and Fred.

Cindy did a great job! It was a short sale and she was very diligent in calling the bank daily to get the job done. Very knowledgeable of the area.
