How can I rely on properties listed in Zillow.com, are truly available?

Answer
Contact a licensed Realtor.  Ask them to search the MLS.  This is really the only way of knowing.  I get plenty of calls about homes that were for sale years ago or that were in foreclosure.  The agent will point you in the right direction.

I have a house I want to list. How do i do it?

Answer
Contact a local agent who does a fair amount of business in your neighborhood or that a friend can recommend.  Make sure they are trustworthy and honest with you about price.

What happens if you sign a lease but can't come up with the Security deposit?

Response
First, ask the landlord politely for your money back and cancel the lease.  If that doesn't work, I would contact your attorney.

How do I get FHA assistance to buy a home

Answer
FHA loans are one of the easiest loans to take advantage of.  Its generally a low down payment with 3.5% down and a minimum credit score of 640.  You can probably talk with just about any lender.  I have a few that I can recommend.  Contact me and I will pass them along to you.

When should we contact a realtor to buy a home?

Answer
I would contact someone that you can trust and knows the neighborhoods your are looking in.  But be honest with them.  Tell them you want to start getting a feel for whats out there, but will not be purchasing until your lease is up.  Again, Just be very honest and upfront with them.
