You'll have to finish the question or rephrase and we can help.
Contact a licensed Realtor. Ask them to search the MLS. This is really the only way of knowing. I get plenty of calls about homes that were for sale years ago or that were in foreclosure. The agent will point you in the right direction.
Contact a local agent who does a fair amount of business in your neighborhood or that a friend can recommend. Make sure they are trustworthy and honest with you about price.
First, ask the landlord politely for your money back and cancel the lease. If that doesn't work, I would contact your attorney.
Contact you attorney.
FHA loans are one of the easiest loans to take advantage of. Its generally a low down payment with 3.5% down and a minimum credit score of 640. You can probably talk with just about any lender. I have a few that I can recommend. Contact me and I will pass them along to you.
You're going to have to be a bit more specific. Message me and I can help.
Congrats on an accepted bid. Hoe else can we help?
I would contact someone that you can trust and knows the neighborhoods your are looking in. But be honest with them. Tell them you want to start getting a feel for whats out there, but will not be purchasing until your lease is up. Again, Just be very honest and upfront with them.
Go ahead and ask for another showing.
