Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Cleveland, OH.
C.J. gave great suggestions on the improvements needed to sell our home quickly. His ideas with respect to staging were equally impressive. Because we followed his advice we were able to sell our house in just 2 weeks! Although we hit a slight bump in the road with respect to the appraisal, CJ calmly guided us through the process.
We were so impressed with him that we are now using his services to help us find our next home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend C.J. to anyone.

Sold a home in 2012.
CJ worked with my wife and I for months to find the perfect condo in Downtown Cleveland. We were purchasing from out of town and he never hesitated to show us properties on short notice given our crazy travel schedules. Not only did he help us find the perfect place, he also stayed in touch through the purchase process to make sure we were comfortable and had all our questions answered. I highly recommend CJ to anyone looking for a new home!

Bought a Multi Family home in 2013 in Tremont, Cleveland, OH.
CJ helped us secure a place in the heart of Tremont in Cleveland! The shore-sale was a messy situation and CJ and his staff navigated us through from the start to finish. After losing our initial bid CJ used his wide-ranging contacts to find out the initial offer fell through which allowed us to be the first to make a second offer (before it was officially back on the market!). Bought a Townhouse home in 2013 in Mentor, OH.
Cj was an a awesome Realitor to have!! After seeing a couple of condo's he knew exactly what we were working for and ready to be there whenever we had a question. I highly recommend him. Fantastic job CJ, trust me we are really happy with what we got! Great to work with!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Lakewood, OH.
CJ helped me and my wife find our house in Lakewood, OH. He was patient, and very cognitive of what we were looking for in our future home. CJ was honest with us about his concerns for various properties and we NEVER felt any pressure to make a decision we weren't 100% comfortable with. He was also very flexible with his time during our search. We saw houses the first day on the market, which showed CJ's breadth of connections in the industry.
Bottom line, if you want a no pressure, patient, professional Realtor, CJ is a great pick.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Mentor, OH.
CJ and his Team are the best in town! CJ sold my house in the suburbs very quickly and for the price I needed. It was smooth, painless and CJ set expectations along the way. During selling then buying transition, he helped me find a condo near Downtown Cleveland and time the move properly. We were nervous to become homeless after our sale and before the purchase. We ended up building in Battery Park. CJ's expertise and honesty guided us through the whole process from start to finish. It was great and we are very happy here and with him.
Also, I was so impressed with CJ that I referred him to my father who was selling his house in Willoughby. Prior to CJ taking the listing, it was on the market for 2 years with various Realtors around town. CJ took the listing and Sold it in 4 days for 99% of asking price! Needless to say we were very impressed and happy. I would absolutely recommend CJ and his Team for anyone looking to sell or buy in todays market.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Euclid, OH.
C.J. went above and beyond my highest expectations for a Realtor. He not only guided me through the entire selling process from staging to closing, but he also responded promptly to all of my questions and concerns along the way. Our first meeting was months before my house even went on the market, and he gave me excellent advice regarding remodeling, updating finishes, and staging. I fully expected my house to be on the market for 6-8 months, knowing the housing market and previous home sales in my area. However, with C.J.'s help, we were under contract within 2 months! C.J. truly respected by budgetary constraints, and even negotiated a contract that worked out in my favor, despite a very low opening bid. We are currently in the final stages of the closing process, and things could not have gone smoother. I would give my C.J. my highest recommendation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
