I think there is no other person like Cleofe Warthon in real state property business. I am very grateful to her for the exceptional assistance helpng me to find a house. Cleafe has limitless energy and a very creative thought process. You can trust her finding your new home. She new my price range and found beautiful homes in that range. I was nervous about buying a home, but Cleafe held my hand through the whole process. She is totally there for you. With her help I found and closed on a home in less than month and half. I now have a new home, and baby on the way plus a new friend called Cleofe.

Cleo is a wonderful realtor and a very nice and honest person. I was a first time buyer, I didn't know much on how to go about buying a house, but I definitely knew what type of house I wanted and Cleo helped me every step of the way. She found me my dream house and it was pretty fast! the closing went smooth thanks to all her advise. I love my house!
