Bought a home in 2012.
Joe Runfola was excellent in the service he provided us in our search and purchase of our new home. He was attentive to our needs. He was extremely quick in his responses to our inquiries. He was prompt for showings and very on top of the neighborhoods, schools, etc. I was extremely impressed by him.
I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family looking for homes, in fact i alreayd have.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $525K in Emerson Hill, Staten Island, NY.
Joseph goes above and beyond what is expected of him. He helped my wife and I purchase our first home, and at the initial stages of looking, we wanted to make sure that regardless of the house we were viewing, that we'd eventually buy a house through him. What is unique about Joe, is that he doesn't sell you anything... he relays information. And that information for the buyer is key. So at no point did we feel pressured to do anything. Either way were completely satisfied with his services, and highly recommend him as a real estate broker.
