Born & raised in Madison County. Graduate of South Side High School - Class of 1970.
Graduate of Union University where she was the first MVP Lady Bulldog player in 1974.
Received masters degree from University of Memphis.
Coached high school girls basketball from 1974-1986. Named “Coach of the Year” in 1982.
Joined the real estate community in 1996. Named “Rookie of the Year” in 1997.
Achieved “Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Sales Award” in 1999.
Voted “Outstanding Realtor of the year” in 2001.
Past member of Jackson Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors for three years.
Joined RE/MAX Realty Source in November 2005. She is now an owner.

Chairman for Relay for Life— 2004-2006, leading Madison County to rank #1 in the Mid-South Division by raising $350,000 in 2005. In 2006 Madison County raised $448,000. In 2007 Madison County raised $400,000.
Selected “Volunteer of the Year in Tennessee” for 2005. Named “Mid-South Top Relay for Life Individual Fundraiser” for 2005 & 2006.
Team sponsor for the NAIA basketball tournament—2004-2008.
Participant in the “National Senior Games” winning gold & silver medals in basketball, volleyball & racquetball—2003-2008.
