Ratings & Reviews

Cokie was very helpful at the start of the process of selling my home but was very intent on closing the deal asap to help out the buyers of my home. She failed to mention that it was up to me when the closing date was and was very demanding that we close when she said. I was disappointment of her representation of myself, my home and my wishes as i felt pushed out of my home. We the seller, the buyers and Cokie all agreed on a day to transfer the keys and then that day was pushed a week early so the buyers didn't have to pay more rent at their current location. Also when it was time to hand over the keys Cokie didn't even want to meet me for me to hand them to her, she wanted me to leave them in the mailbox and she would get them later. To this day i still feel like she ripped me of and under sold my home just to mack a buck. After the sale was completed neither Cokie or her office contacted me to thank me for using their estate agency or to follow up that i was happy with their representation. I feel like she knew she didn't represent me properly and didn't care anymore.GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!
