Sold a Single Family home in 1995 for approximately $400K in Bridle Trails, Bellevue, WA.
Stephen sold our home for 15% more than any other agent would list it at. He saw the unique value in the property and targeted his showings very carefully and deliberately. We later purchased a home with Stephen, at the height of a market boom Stephen successfully tendered our lower offer on the home we still enjoy today.
