I have used Jon's services on two occasions. In fact I believe I was Jon's first home sale approximately 7 years ago. I have very much appreciated the honesty, expertise, and quick response times that Jon provided me with. I would highly recommend him as a realtor!

Jon Eschrich handled our short sale with ease. He took all of the hard work that comes with the short sale process and made it look simple. I highly recommend the professionalism he and his partners show when representing their clients.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Santa Clara, Eugene, OR.
In 2010, we bought a house that was in short sale. It took 6 months for the seller's bank to get to and approve our bid. Howdy Cole stuck with us patiently throughout that whole process, advising us every step of the way, and in the end, we got the house we wanted!

Showed home in 2011 in Santa Clara, Eugene, OR 97404.
I have yet to find a place, but these guys are the best. Really know their stuff and respond really fast. I've put in a few offers here and there and it was all done very smoothly. No issues. I would definitely recommend these guys. I first requested information from them on zillow. It was 9:30 or so at night, and I had a response to me question within 5 minutes. Incredible!

Jon Eschrich is very fun and easy to work with. He has now sold 4 homes for us and helped us get into our new homes. I really feel that he has my best interests at heart. He is passionate about what he does and knows the market well. I would recommend him and his team in a heart beat. They go above and beyond to help you feel good about your transaction.

Brent Cole has been the real estate agent for my son, my father-in-law, and myself for the purchase of several rental properties in the past five years. He has been fast when responding to our questions, and effective on finding the property to fit our needs. I highly recommend him and will be working with him in the future.

Brent continues to impress us throughout each of our real estate transactions. My wife and I are repeat customers based on his knowledge of the local real estate market, quick response time and overall friendly attitude. I like to review and look at several (50+) investment properties before actually making an offer. It takes someone like Brent who is graceful and patient to put up with me - and persist in finding me properties that meet my criteria. Over the past several years we have developed a good working relationship along with a friendship. Brent Cole's work on helping me buy a house was excellent. At one point, I had already decided on a house - but Brent kept working. I will always remember when he called and said "I think I have one your going to like a whole lot more." It was because of Brent's persistence, work, and knowledge of the market that I now live in a house that my wife and I absolutely love.
Before I used Brent I was a skeptic of Realtors (to some extent I still am), however, Brent's work was professional and diligent. I have no doubt that he saved me both time and money. I will definitely use him again.
