Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $275K in Hunters Green, Tampa, FL.Summary:
We feel fortunate to have found Coleen to help us with our home search and to subsequently have had her by our side to navigate through an unfamiliar process, once we came upon the house we wanted to purchase. We found her to be very patient with us, as we never felt pressured to act on any particular prior listing we had expressed interest in, with Coleen always being happy to set up more showings until we found the home that was just right for us.
