Bought a home in 2012.

We enjoyed working with Colleen. She listened to what we had on our wish list, worked beyond what we have asked for even prior to our first meeting, and delivered more than what we anticipated over all. We got a lot accomplished the day we went house hunting and found the house we ultimately bought. She gave us great advice/suggestions/info in regards to location, buying new vs buying prior owned, surrounding area of the properties we looked at, process of buying, even the things to point out for our final walk through. Communication with Colleen was effortless even if it was done via email. We were coming from Japan and email was the easiest for us to communicate. She would always respond in a timely manner even after our arrival to Oahu, and during the process of purchasing/closing. We are loving our new home and have already told our friends that we have someone (Colleen) we highly recommend if they are planning on purchasing or selling in Oahu.  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Kaneohe, HI.

Colleen went the extra mile to help our mom sell her place. I would highly recommend her. She kept our mom calm when, the first buyer could not qualify. She also kept our mom well informed of what was happening. This process of selling your home can have its ups and downs and Colleen made it easyfor our mom to cope at her young age of 77.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Ewa Beach, HI.

Colleen's expertise helped us buy our dream retirement home in the Gentry Haleakea development. This is the third real estate transaction Colleen helped us with. The two previous trans actions were both IRS 1031 (rentals) and were completed in 2005 and 2007 - both without problems. Colleen spent a week with us in our 2005 purchase educating us about the local real estate market. In the following week Colleen got us into contract with an ideal property. The 2007 purchase was quicker and Colleen found us a property and got us into contract within a week! IRS 1031 transactions have multiple rules and Colleen was on top of them making certain there were no problems.  More Less
