We really enjoyed working with Colleen. We know, and have worked with quite a few agents in the area, and Colleen is among the best. We had multiple options for a listing agent, but we chose to work with Colleen because of her pleasant, no BS style. She was, and continues to be, extremely responsive. She gave great advice for staging and minor cleanups to our home before listing, and she worked hard to market the property and bring in showings. <br/><br/>In a generally bad home market, we had three offers in the first week and a fourth a couple weeks later that cemented one of the earlier "contingency" offers. And we sold for very close to our original listing price. Admittedly we had a great home (she says she wished she had more homes like ours to sell) and priced it realistically for todays market, but the overall experience was quite smooth.<br/><br/>She was very collaborative during the negotiation with the buyers. She shared her advice and perspective, but her ego didn't get in the way of listening to our ideas and preferences (unlike other agents we've worked with in the past).<br/><br/>Because of the great relationship we developed with Colleen, she ended up helping us with a rental after selling our home and while we build our new home, and we've already recommended her to others in need of a real estate professional.<br/><br/>In short, we couldn't have been happier with Colleen and the outcome she facilitated.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.25M in Clarendon Hills, IL.
