Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Seal Beach, CA.
Our experience was related to leasing our "high end" property. Not only did we receiveour asking price, but, we have a lessor that has a long term interest in purchasing the home if we should decide to remain at our current out of state location.

The other two (2) things that I remember is that both Colleen and her associate John made suggestions for improving the home in a very professional manner that allowed us to consider and then implement/or not. It turned out their suggestions were extremely critical in having a successful resolution.

The other thing, and this may trump the other is the human element of caring, that was graphically portrayed when on the last day of our occupany and we were "scrambling" to get everything clean and read for our new tennant. I heard the vaccum cleaner going and thought, "oh my wife is getting to that finally"....low and behold it was our realtor who had taken it upon themselves to lend a helping hand.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Cypress, CA.
Colleen recently helped me (and my family) purchase a property in Southern California. It was a very difficult transaction, as we were immigrating from Canada. We didn't know the area, we had no local credit, and we had certain expectations for a property (size, price etc). She worked tirelessly and responded to phone calls and emails all hours of the day and night immediately. She helped us through the mortgage process, gave us recommendations for a home inspection, general contractors, basically anything we needed. She continues to help us with connections for purchasing a vehicle, getting our kids in school; anything she can help with, she does. She and her family have become the first friends we have to the area.

I can't say enough about Colleen. I would recommend her to anyone looking to make a real estate transaction. You won't be disappointed.

The process of finding and buying a house can be stressful, but Colleen was there for us each and every step of the way from finding our home in La Mirada, going through all the necessary steps and the escrow process. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $675K in Los Alamitos, CA.
First of all, our house was a sale in California while I live in Atlanta, GA. - long distance and on short notice. So before the house was emptied and cleaned, Colleen had been by to acess the home, photograph, and organize with me on the sales price and open house plans. By the time our 5 days of sorting, packing and clearing the house had gone by we were ready to head back to Atlanta. Leaving our house in Colleen's hands. We left on a Saturday, she had an open house on Sunday and presented me with 3 offers on Monday. While some were more intersting then others, we felt confident we had sellected the right person for our sale. We started our sale in April and had money in the bank in early June. All transations handeled long distance and no extra trips accross the country. What a great experiance with Colleen. Thank you!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $750K in Los Alamitos, CA.
Colleen is a responsive knowledgeable realtor and represented the purchase of a home for us that was a very complicated short sale out of her area (Mission Viejo, CA). Even though this purchase for us was out of her area, she was with us every step of the way representing us and negiotating a fair purchase price. Since it was a short sale, the process was very drawn out and yet Colleen constantly checked in with us and I absolutely believe we would not have been able to purchase this house without her expertise! The entire process from our offer to closing was over 6 months! After the successful purchase of that home in Mission Viejo, we listed our home in Rossmoor/Los Alamitos, CA with Colleen and it sold before we even had our first open house! Again, Colleen was with us every step of the way and only had our best interests at heart in representing us during our sale. I highly recommend Colleen for any and all of your real estate needs. She is able to handle any situation flawlessly. : )
