Patricia was an absolute lifesaver while going through a short sale process!! She had AMAZING knowledge of the process and was doggedly tenacious with a very disorganized Bank of America. I really think my husband and I would have gone into foreclosure if we had not had Patricia as our advocate! She continually stayed on the ball, confirming paperwork and dates with them, communicating with them and with us continually! She was amazing in her detail and keeping us in the loop on what was happening, ensuring that every 'i' was dotted and every 't' crossed.
