Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Colorado Springs, CO.Summary:
Patricia Beck was an absolute delight to work with and we cannot begin to say enough positive things about her professionalism and helpfulness during our home buying process.
As first time buyers, we had little knowledge of the home buying process. Patricia patiently explained each step and answered any questions we had along the way. We never felt uncomfortable or “in over our heads” during the process. Honestly, we always felt as though we were working with a true friend to find our perfect home! We never once felt pressured or rushed, which was incredibly helpful as we prepared to make the largest financial investment of our lives.
One of the things that impressed us most about Patricia was her amazing communication. She responded to emails quickly and with careful, thorough detail. All phone calls were just as thorough, and we always felt like her top priority when speaking with her.
Patricia has a keen eye for detail and remembered things that were “must haves” and important requirements for both of us. She took the time to ask us the right questions and really got to know us. This allowed her to carefully set up our search to only include homes that would accommodate our extra large furniture, had room for a pool table, had a large back yard for our dogs, had a two car garage, and all of our other various wish list items.
Her extensive knowledge of real estate allowed for a tremendously smooth process in buying our first home. Our experience in working with Patricia was 100% positive, and we are now living “happily ever after” in our wonderful new home. If your wish is to work with someone that will be endlessly helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional, Patricia Beck is the perfect choice. We confidently recommend her and give her our highest compliments!…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Northeast Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.Summary:
Working with Patricia was a breeze. Her responsiveness and ability to not only answer questions, but get expedite getting answers was amazing. I worked with her while I was in several different time zones, as well as while I was overseas, and she was always prompt with replies and getting the necessary documents to me regardless of what time it was on her end. Working with her made a very difficult process a lot easier to bear.…More Less

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Patricia was an absolute lifesaver while going through a short sale process!! She had AMAZING knowledge of the process and was doggedly tenacious with a very disorganized Bank of America. I really think my husband and I would have gone into foreclosure if we had not had Patricia as our advocate! She continually stayed on the ball, confirming paperwork and dates with them, communicating with them and with us continually! She was amazing in her detail and keeping us in the loop on what was happening, ensuring that every 'i' was dotted and every 't' crossed. She was a delight to work with throughout a very high stress time and we would absolutely recommend her for anything!!…More Less

I am a full time real estate agent and Colorado Native. I have been assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs for five years in Colorado Springs. I have experience working with first time home buyers, short sales, and foreclosures.
Colorado Springs is just south of Denver and many people from the Colorado Springs Area commute to Denver for work (approximately 1 hour). Colorado Springs is located close to the mountains and many homes in the area offer breathtaking views of Pikes Peak, one of Colorado's 54 fourteeners. Many religious organizations and churches make their headquarters here as well as a large number of military installations: Fort Carson, Peterson AFB, Schriever AFB, US Air Force Academy, and NORAD.
The city is currently home to the United States Olympic Training Center and the headquarters of the United States Olympic Committee.
With a variety of nearby outdoor activities including: hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and camping there is always something new to discover in Colorado. Colorado Springs averages 250 days of sunshine per year and the winter season is usually pretty mild, although, we have received quite a bit of snow over the past few years! If you like skiing or snowboarding, various ski resorts can be accessed within a couple hours of driving and Hwy 24 is a great shortcut to utilize in order to avoid the ski traffic on I-70.
Colorado Springs is quickly growing and many new homes are being built on the east side of town along the Powers corridor in addition to areas in Black Forest, Falcon, and Peyton.
