NIC AND HIS STAFF DID A GREAT JOB DOING OUR REFINANCE. IT ONLY TOOK 3 WEEKS FROM STARTING THE LOAN TILL CLOSING. VERY VERY HELPFUL,ALWAYS RETURNED CALLS SAME DAY.EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTH. THANK YOU SO MUCH.WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND NIC NETHERTON .

I was looking for a jumbo refi, getting bombarded with offers; Nic responded very quickly, helped me sort out the BS and provided very helpful insight into the market. I would check with Nic before diving into financing a Colorado property.

I contacted Nic around the first part of May and I closed yesterday (June 2, 2009). I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the outcome. I was in a 6.5% 30 year fixed rate VA loan and with the new IRRL guidelines, I felt that I had some opportunity available to me, but wasn't quite sure how to avail myself of it.

Nic walked me through the process and explained everything to me in the detail so that I was comfortable with my final decision.

The final outcome was a 100% financing at 4.5% 30year fixed rate (with less than $100 paid out of pocket at closing) which was accomplished in less than 30 days. (It would have been around 3 weeks had we not run into a snag that had nothing to do with Nic). That said, even with the snag, Nic worked diligently with various people to get it resolved in a timely manner that required very little follow-up on my part.

I doubt I'll ever require Nic's assistance again in refinancing this house; however, I will certainly use him again for any additional property purchase!

I haven't closed with this lender yet, but so far they have been great. Nic has been more than helpful and willing to do whatever he could. I'm very impressed and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Nic was very responsive and helped me figure out that I may not need to refinance. He is still helping me interpret my current loans and whether they are in danger of adjusting. He has been the most helpful lender I have spoken to so far.

Quick to respond with any questions I have & support with or situation. Rates seem competitive with other lenders (and I really try to do my research). Will consider in future but I think we will wait to see where the rates go for our refi (hopefully further down). He is on our top 3 list of all quotes we received (both from zillow and other sources) so he is def. in the running for our business when we decide to close.

Although I have not closed this loan, Nic has been very upfront and honest from his initial quote. He is very responsive to emails and telephone calls, no matter what time of the day you have a question or need assistance. I look forward to working with him to close my loan and will definitely recommed other to Nic for future mortgage needs.
