I'm a Colorado Native. Growing up here in Colorado Springs has given me great memories. Right after high school I went to work as an electrician (3rd generation). I moved to Breckenridge CO, and lived the ski bum life. From there I moved to Boulder for a couple years then Denver. I love to travel and after living in Denver I decided to move to Florida & Caribbean Islands for a bit to be near the ocean. It was there I missed the mountains of home. I came home and went back to work as an electrician. I met a developer and helped him build his community in the Falcon area. It was him who told me to get my Real Estate license. I went to work with a Large Real Estate office and rose to the top. I was able to hit top 20 agent out of more than 300 REALTORS in less than 2 years. I love my job and still keep my electricians license up to date. I am a full time agent and have a great time working with home buyers & sellers. My knowledge of this town and its neighborhoods is unmatched. This has always benefited my clients. I believe you should have fun when looking to buy a home. I try and make it fun. You will know what home makes you feel good when you feel comfortable.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in East Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.

We initially contacted Matt in May of 2013, before we moved to Colorado. He sent us the MLS listings based on requirements and gave advice with regards to what area to look in. Bought a home in 2014.

We contacted Matt on the last morning of our brief trip to the Springs to decide on land to buy on which to build a home. We didn't want to lose the property we had chosen and really wanted to have a contract before leaving the next morning. Matt very quickly came up to speed on the property and helped us to understand its value, and after 5 hours and some negotiation... WE HAD A CONTRACT with which we were very happy!!! We've since closed without a hitch. We know without a doubt that Matt's professionalism, advocacy and knowledge enabled us to achieve our objective with confidence that we have a great property at a great price.
