I'm a Colorado Native. Growing up here in Colorado Springs has given me great memories. Right after high school I went to work as an electrician (3rd generation). I moved to Breckenridge CO, and lived the ski bum life. From there I moved to Boulder for a couple years then Denver. I love to travel and after living in Denver I decided to move to Florida & Caribbean Islands for a bit to be near the ocean. It was there I missed the mountains of home. I came home and went back to work as an electrician. I met a developer and helped him build his community in the Falcon area. It was him who told me to get my Real Estate license. I went to work with a Large Real Estate office and rose to the top. I was able to hit top 20 agent out of more than 300 REALTORS in less than 2 years. I love my job and still keep my electricians license up to date. I am a full time agent and have a great time working with home buyers & sellers. My knowledge of this town and its neighborhoods is unmatched. This has always benefited my clients. I believe you should have fun when looking to buy a home. I try and make it fun. You will know what home makes you feel good when you feel comfortable.

If your still reading this I believe you are considering utilizing my services. Many times I answer my phone and hear that because of my past client reviews a person is interested in working with me. Im a big believer in reviews these days. I look up reviews on almost everything I buy. It all started a couple years ago when my wife and I were leaving for a Royal Caribbean cruise and I was on tripadvisor.com looking up what the best shore excursion was in Cozumel. Turned out that most people wrote reviews saying they enjoyed a catamaran trip that included snorkeling. I thought to myself, I should do that since everyone else had a great time, I should too. That was the moment when the wheels were in motion and I didn't even know it.  About a year later I was contacted by Raymond from Zillow in Seattle, Washington. I had always known about Zillow, but they had just launched their new review platform. All reviews written are checked for authenticity before it can be published. I liked this because it could not be manipulated to favor someone who was cheating the system. From that point I said, "sign me up" and I worked on asking all my clients to publish a review for me after we had a successful transaction. My clients have helped me be the most and best reviewed Realtor in Colorado Springs plus my profile page is viewed almost twice as much as my competitors. I help a lot of buyers and sellers in a years time. Enough to make me one of the most producing Realtors in my area. I enjoy the home hunt. Zillow is a great tool to start with and when your ready to work with a Realtor I want you to choose me.       Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Southeast Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.
      My girlfriend and I chose Matt based on his Zillow reviews and we're glad we did! We thought we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and had been going through Zillow listings for months to get a really solid idea of what we could expect in our price range (and we figured it'd be a miracle to get anything halfway decent).

      Matt took a list of homes we put together from Zillow and added some he chose - and somehow he managed to find one we had totally missed. Not only was it in our price range, it was bigger (both in number of bedrooms and gross square feet), more updated, and much more move-in ready (we aren't even having to paint!) than we thought we would be able find in our price range! If you choose Matt as your realtor and he suggests some listings to go see, go along with it - you never know what he'll find!

      Matt also connected me with a mortgage originator who was able to beat my own credit union in interest rate! The experience with his mortgage originator (Michelle Bowles of Residential Mortgage of Colorado) was very easy and smooth. Would recommend her and her company to anyone, as well.

      He also found us an excellent home inspector (Dana A. of US Inspect) who was really awesome and patient with us as he took us around the house and taught us what we needed to look out for and how to operate and maintain our furnace, water heater, and other items.

      Another thing we really liked about Matt were that he was totally respectful of our price range. We told him our absolute upper limit and he never once tried to push us into looking into pricier neighborhoods or tried to convince us that less appealing houses could easily be turned into our dream home by knocking out a wall here or putting in an addition there (something I've heard other realtors are guilty of). We told him our cap and what we wanted and he found us better than we thought we could afford - and we managed to come in $10,000 under our limit, too!

      If Matt has one weakness, it might be kryptonite. Maybe. But probably not!

      Bought a home in 2012.
      Matt is an awesome realtor and an excellent guide through the home buying process. This was the first house my wife and I bought together and he made the experience a very comfortable one. He listened to what we both wanted, made excellent recommendations, was always available and even found us better financing than we had found on our own. He facilitated communcations very well with all parties from the beginning all the way through closing and was great at getting our concerns addressed as soon as possible.       Bought a home in 2012.
      Matt was a great asset to help us with the home buying process. The neighborhood we ended up in was not initially on our Radar and was brought to our attention by Matt based on his knowledge of the area. We were relocating to the area and had very limited time slots where we could view houses. Matt accommodated our schedule and we packed a large number of home viewings into very compressed time slots. I was very pleased with the process and was glad that I had selected Matt based on his Zillow reviews rather than going with a random agency.
