I'm a Colorado Native. Growing up here in Colorado Springs has given me great memories. Right after high school I went to work as an electrician (3rd generation). I moved to Breckenridge CO, and lived the ski bum life. From there I moved to Boulder for a couple years then Denver. I love to travel and after living in Denver I decided to move to Florida & Caribbean Islands for a bit to be near the ocean. It was there I missed the mountains of home. I came home and went back to work as an electrician. I met a developer and helped him build his community in the Falcon area. It was him who told me to get my Real Estate license. I went to work with a Large Real Estate office and rose to the top. I was able to hit top 20 agent out of more than 300 REALTORS in less than 2 years. I love my job and still keep my electricians license up to date. I am a full time agent and have a great time working with home buyers & sellers. My knowledge of this town and its neighborhoods is unmatched. This has always benefited my clients. I believe you should have fun when looking to buy a home. I try and make it fun. You will know what home makes you feel good when you feel comfortable.

Bought a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $200K in East Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.

We are a military family who had short notice that we would be moving to the Ft. Carson area. We had been looking on Zillow and decided to email Matt due to all the great reviews. He was quick to respond (all the time) by text and email. We booked a flight for that weekend to go house hunting for 2 days and Matt accommodated us perfectly. We sent him a list of places we liked from Zillow and he showed us a lot of places on our list and places he thought we would like. Some of the places we liked weren't in good areas and he was quick to let us know which parts of town were safe and which places to avoid (much appreciated!). We found a great townhouse (2nd place we saw and he even took us back there the 2nd day for another look) in our price range with everything on our list of "desires and needs". This was our first time buying a place and we were pretty oblivious to the process but Matt ensured we understood everything. We communicated on a daily basis, completed online paperwork, and he worked with all other players of the buying process (mortgage lender, insurance company, etc.). Matt was able to move our closing date up almost a week - we had been living in a hotel for about a week so this was awesome. The total process from house hunting to closing was 3 weeks. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Southwest Colorado Springs, Colorado Springs, CO.

He got the job done very quickly. We had previously put our house on the market for more than a year. When we decided to use Matt the house had an offer and was sold in two months!

We initially contacted Matt in May of 2013, before we moved to Colorado. He sent us the MLS listings based on requirements and gave advice with regards to what area to look in.
