The Zestimate can be quite accurate in most cases. Where it can be off is in areas where homes are not comparable like on homes with acreage.
Most lenders want to see income for the past 2 years, if you have had steady income for the past 24 months call the bank you currently bank at to get a quote then I suggest calling at least 3 others. Good luck to you
Since most lenders do not do Manufactured housing it can be a sketchy call on purchasing one. Once VA and FHA pull their financing it will be very had to sell maybe only to a cash buyer. Not a good situation
Look the property up on a Google search or Zillow and see who is representing the sale and give them a call to discuss how to procees with the process. Many foreclosures will be a bidding war in active markets so be ready to make your best offer
An agent saying they will bring an offer and an agent actually bringing an offer are 2 different things in this business. My hopes are it surfaces and you succeed in selling....
The Zestimate is a feature that cant be changed and sometimes is way off. It is the most asked question
The Zestimates should use more information whe deciding a value on Zillow however it doesn't currently. My property is the same. When you hire a Realtor to sell your home in the future, Realtors will be able to assist you in pricing the home correctly and buyers all get the education of what you can buy for the money and when they see the better of the homes in their price range they will know judging on what your competition in the area is priced at.Best Regards,Matt
Wet Dog, are you a Realtor? I am... Why do you use a dog as your picture? Is that professional? You have a lot of contributions.. Whats your beef with how I interface on Zillow? You sure have an opinion about me and im sorry you are frustrated on how people interface in Zillow. Give yourself a break, You should take a break. Please look at yourself before judging others.....
Wet dog, you sound frustrated, sorry, I suggest you to take a break
Short Sales are a slow process. The buyers lender always works out well its the sellers lender that takes their sweet time
