Sold a Condo home in 2013 in Carmel Valley, San Diego, CA.
Lisa is very helpful and well-equipped with professional knowledge as well as negotiation skills. She is very patient and always ready to answer any questions I have. One example I appreciate the most is that she replies emails super quick and was able to clarify my problem efficiently. She has made property purchase a lot easier and I will definitely recommend her to everyone.

Lisa was referred by my best friend who bought house a few year ago with Lisa. I do not live in SD but I want to buy a house, so I called Lisa, she was very pleasant on the phone, provide me good search and knowledge. When I meet she is so friendly, and very patient with me, explain things, give me a lot of useful information, and spend a lot of time showing me houses with very flexible hours to meet my schedule. She is very responsive to all my emails, my calls, and my questions - she treat her clients with high regards. Additionally she give me so many honest advices and make an excellent offer on my purchase (try to save me money and also with good chance to get the house). She keeps her promise with her high moral and profession. She helped me so much before closing and continue help me after closing. I really appreciate her excellent job she has done and her in depth knowledge about the housing market, and very friendly personality. I highly recommend Lisa to everyone I known and she will be my only real state agent in SD.

Just closed on another transaction with Lisa. She is an excellent agent and I highly recommend her to everyone. She has been very patient with us and our decision making. Once we made up our minds, she has been there with us every second of the way and prompt to answer all of our questions. Impressive. I look forward to working with her again.

As a very nervous first time home-buyer, working with Lisa is an absolutely wonderful experience. She is extremely responsive in emails/calls and always tries her hardest to make time for showing. She always gives honest opinion about each property and is very knowledgeable about the local market. She is very organized and has all the paperwork ready for electronic signature. She has a group of contacts ready whenever the clients need help, ranging from loan officer, inspection, to painter, flooring expert and even handyman. It is difficult to come across a good real estate agent and I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone without hesitation.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $625K in Miramar Ranch North, San Diego, CA.
I am very happy to share my home purchase experience, with the great help from Lisa. She is highly recommended. When I moved to San Diego in October 2012, the housing market became very hot, so hard to find a home! Lisa helped me a lot in finding a home which is just on the market on the first day. After making the offer, we found there are at least 5 other buyers bidding. Lisa made a hard negotiation, and finally got my offer to be accepted.
The seller was trying to push us to close in 30 days, including the holidays. But I had a problem with my loan. My first application was denied, and it wasted a lot of time. Lisa tried to find me the best loan officer, and at the same time helped extend the closing date with the promise built on her reputation. Without Lisa's help, the seller would take my earnest money and cancel the contract. Finally we closed in time!
Lisa is the best agent, highly recommended!

It was a pleasure to work with Lisa and Gary Bang. They are very knowledgeable around San Diego area and able to guide us through certain difficult periods of the buying process.
