Lisa is SUPER excellent. She helped us purchase a wonderful town home recently, and we are so happy and satisfied with her service. Most importantly, you save money if you work with Lisa because Lisa shares her commission with her customers, and if she gets 2.5%, you will get half of it within the week after the closing date.
Lisa is very professional and efficient. The reason why I value professionalism and efficiency is that time is money in the current housing market, and if you just lose a couple of days, then the price is gone way higher than you expected or for the worse case scenario you just lose the deal. Our buying process is a perfect example to illustrate her efficiency to close the deal. We saw the listing of our current property at night on a Thursday, and we were scheduled to view the property on the second day around noon (Friday), and then we decided to make an offer right after the viewing, Lisa sent our offer in to the seller the same day, and our offer was accepted the next day (Saturday). In our case, if our offer was just delayed for one day, which was a Saturday and the seller’s agent said at least 10 more viewings from other potential buyers were scheduled on that Saturday, we would have been dragged into the bitter bidding war with others at best, or just lose the deal once for all at worst.
So if you want to be a competitive buyer in the current rising market, you absolutely need an agent as efficient as Lisa. She was never late for the property showing. She accommodated our viewing requests in a very flexible manner, and she could take us to view it the second day, sometimes she could even accommodate our schedule to do a same day viewing: we requested the viewing in the morning, and we looked at the property in the afternoon. Not to mention viewings on weekends, she works very diligently over the weekend.
In the buying process, Lisa is a remarkable negotiator with the sellers. The sellers agreed to buy us a brand new AC unit and replace the old garage door with a new one, all thanks to Lisa’s excellent negotiation skills.
