Of the representatives that replied to us, we found that Enrique was both knowledgeable and accommodating at the same time. There were many aspects of the process that we were either unaware of or unclear on and we found that he was patient and thorough in explaining things to us. He asked the right questions to learn about what we wanted and he answered all the questions we had. We were looking for someone honest and straight forward about things, and who would follow up quickly whenever we needed him, so we'll definitely be coming back when we've found the right home.
