I am Executive Director of the Education Foundation Of the Colorado National Guard, Commissioner of Veterans Affairs for the City of Aurora Colorado and a Director of the Colfax Community Network. I had little precious time to chatter with the many mortgage companies soliciting my business as I was seeking a refinance at a lower interest rate. Not satisfied with the long waits holding for another Mortgage company representative to get back to me, I answered an inquiry from David Smith of Community Home Lending. I told him of the problems I had encountered and he immediately offered to look at the documents from the other brokerage firm, as a favor. I dropped the first company and David sent me a complete set of new documents with a ful explanation.
