Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $675K in North City, San Diego, CA.
Well starting off with the good, they paid to have the inspector out again after they said the water was on and it was not. They assured me they had personally made sure the water was on, but that was a lie. The inspector and the appraiser had no water. They could not write the offer on the short sale, so I had the listing agent do it. They were to lazy to take the deposit check out of my hand. They are old school hard sell agents. Even in the end they were a no show to give me the keys. It was a 3 month process and they just were not helpful.

ONE of the parties in this transaction went out of his way to stall and create problems for all, this caused numerous unnecessary delays. Mr. Foggiano worked diligently to save this transaction despite the egregious actions of that ONE party. Kudos to David!"

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $625K in Danville, CA.
Mike just helped my husband and I buy our first home and we can't thank him enough. He guided us through the process and managed our purchase perfectly! We purchased a short sale and everyone knows, this process could take several months to close, but because of Mike’s knowledge and expertise we were able to close in less than 2 months! He is the very best realtor and I would recommend him to anyone. He goes above and beyond for his clients and I am so happy he was our realtor!!

Bought a Condo home in 2008 in Encinitas, CA.
Extremely knowledgable about the market and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Was very pleased with his outgoing, positive attitude and has fantastic negotiation skills as he got us a great deal.

Mike was great to deal with. His extensive knowledge of the local market along with overall trends across the country made the home buying process a very compfortable and efficient process.
