Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Ridgeway, Stamford, CT.Summary:
My wife and I were referred to Jack from another agent. We had originally been looking in West Haven CT. when we realized that the commute for my wife would be too much to travel to and from the Bronx. When Stamford was suggested, we thought that buying in that city would be beyond our price range, but when we indicated to Jack our limited budget, he took us to see some of the most beautiful homes that we had ever seen, all WITHIN our budget. Jack made the process of choosing most agreeable. He showed us homes which were perfect, and some that required some TLC. Ultimately, he showed us our perfect match. He seemed to know just what we were looking for, within out price range. I fully intend to recommend Jack to our Florida relatives who plan on retiring to Connecticut! Good Work, Jack!!…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Ellington, CT.Summary:
Jack was able to find us an incredible deal on a beautiful colonial. We paid much less than it was worth, for sure. It was a long process, but we made it through with Jack's excellent negotiations on our behalf and extensive knowledge of the housing market.
