Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $975K in Penn Valley, PA.
Connell showed us every home we wanted to see and was always available. He also helped negotiate some final hurtles as we went through our closing process. Thanks to his help, we come home every day to a great home that meets all our needs. He definitely goes above and beyond his call of duty.

I have use Mr. McConeghy 5 times in the past 3 years, and was extremely satisfied with each and every transaction. He is excellent with all the necessary phone calls and paperwork. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching or selling a home.

Connell is a true professional. He was a pleasure to work with in all aspects. I was purchasing my first home and he was able to educate me throughout the entire process and made things seamless. Connell was EXACTLY what we were looking for in a realtor! I had some interactions with other realtors and they honestly scared me away!
Connell is very supportive, caring, and not aggressive at all. He made looking for a home really enjoyable! I loved working with him and would highly suggest him to anyone. He really cares about helping you find the perfect home. He will NOT just tell you what you want to hear, he will tell you the truth. I knew I could ask him his honest opinion on homes and I would get it from him. He was not out to make a sale, he was there to help. We are first time home buyers and didn't know much about much to say the least. He taught us valuable information that helped us find just what we were looking for. Connell is also extremely available! He responded with any and all questions I have ever had for him, and I had TONS!

Bought a Townhouse home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Quakertown, PA.
Connell took the time to understand what I was looking for, where I wanted to live, and what would really work for me. When we found the house I wanted to buy, he did everything to get me the best, fairest deal. Connell worked with the underwriter and processor to remove any obstacles during the mortgage application process. He stayed with me through settlement, and followed up afterward to ensure things were working out. I have highly recommended Connell, and will continue to do so, to anyone looking to buy or sell.
