I made a call to Connie a few weeks ago with the intention of looking at a few homes my wife and I had already picked out on Zillow. During the call I very plainly stated we want to stay in North East Fresno/ Clovis area due to schools and crime. She acknowledged this and said she'd give me a call back. An hour later she called and said she had some homes she wanted to show us in south Fresno. I told her we didn't want to look in this area as I had already previously told her because of crime. She said that the crime in this area is all an interpretation by the individual themselves. What!? I laughed and said no. I gave her what we wanted and she completely ignored our requests. She told me that she would call me back later that evening to set up an appointment and she never did. She sent me a few emails the next day looking at homes in the SAME AREA and did not address any of the homes I sent to her the day prior. She is a joke. My wife and i got the feeling she was trying to take advantage of us being young and naive by putting us in a home in a bad area. This was roughly 3 weeks ago and I still haven't heard back from her. MOVE ON and find someone that cares about YOUR best interests. Not theirs.
