Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $650K in San Diego, CA.
We found Connie in the ads of local news paper. After reviewed her blog, we think she is the realtor we need. One year later when she helped us find our dream house, we know that we are so lucky to choose her.
During the one-year-house-hunting journey, she showed us 20+ houses, and she never pushed us to do the decision. On the contrary, she even persuaded us to wait and see more houses when we wanted to give an offer to a house at the very begging of the house hunting, since she thought that area's middle school and high school is not good, though the elementary school is one of the best. This is the most touched point when you work with Connie, she will help you make a buying decision which you will never feel regret. Buying house is a very big investment decision,you need someone knowledgeable, trusted, and clear-headed to assist you.
We had backed up once due to job change reason. But Connie continuously tries her best to help us.
Connie is also efficient and professional once you give an offer to a house. She helped us to win the house among 5 offers.
I would highly recommend Connie. There are lots of capable and professional realtors in the market, but there is not many like Connie, who is also ethical and enthusiastic.

We found Connie from a friend. we really like Connie and would like to recommend her to all my friends. This is our second time buy so I know how important the realtor is. She is very professional, patient and give us many useful suggestion like a friend. She is very efficient and doesn't push us at all! She knows SD communities very well and saves our time. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.3M in Carmel Valley, San Diego, CA.
Connie has been our real estate agent since 2011. She was recommended by another friend. Connie is a very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable agent. She never pushed us to make any decisions and gave us professional advises. She was so patient in our 2 years of house hunting journey. You really feel that everything is taken care of and she is the one that we can fully trust. Some other agents may help you buy a house. What Connie wanted was to help us to find a lovely home. Can you image that the house we bought had twelve offers!!! Many thanks to her extraordinary effort, we now have a wonderful new home in Carmel Valley. She becomes our very good friend. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in North City, San Diego, CA.
Connie is super knowledgeable about the housing market here. She showed us several communities in different areas (Rancho Penasquitos, 4s Ranch, Carmel Valley and Scripps Ranch). She did not push us at all. Instead she would always point out the pros and cons of a house (its condition,location,and nearby schools). Since we were first buyers, her suggestions/advice were really valuable to us.Without her help, I don't think our house-hunting would be so successful.
In the end, we bought a new construction home. Connie gave us lots of suggestions on upgrading and she came to attend our final walk-through before closing.
Anyway, Connie is very nice and very responsible.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $725K in San Diego, CA.
My wife chose Connie sometime last year for buyer's agent. It is been a long time and everything is satisfying. She is so friendly and responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We know nothing about buying a house and she literally guide us all the way to the end. We are very satisfied with the house, also with Connie. She actually became a good friend of my wife, and we even got help from her for things like remodeling.

Connie has been working with us over a year for buying investment properties. We had worked with a few agents before. The experience of working with her is the best. Her knowledge is valuable for us to look for a property in Carmel Valley, Rancho Bernardo and 4S ranch. She was so patient and always made her best effort to show us one property after another at our convenient time. Then, she made thorough comparison of them and gave us her honest advices, so we could make the best possible decision. We were so comfortable with every offer we made. We purchased a house through Connie Zhao in August, 2012 at 4S Ranch. We recommend Connie for the following reasons.
She is very resourceful on the different communities, schools, builders at 4S. Every question we asked regarding those things, we got answers right away. We are a dual income family and we had limited off work hours (usually after work or weekends) to tour houses on market. Connie always worked with our hours. She has a lot of experiences on short sales. We bought a short sale thought her. She reminded and helped us many things that might have caused troubles along the short sale process. She has very good relationships with other agents. It is crucial when making offers. She gave us honest advice on each house we toured given her tons of experience on houses at 4S Ranch. She has high standards on houses and you will hear the upsides and downsides for each house and Decision is up to you. Connie is an action taker. For any issue we encountered through the purchase process, she took the action to straight it out first.

Connie is an outstanding agent out there - she really takes care of things for you. She plans ahead and thinks in the shoes of her clients. You really feel that everything is taken care of and she is the one that I can fully trust. When I moved from New Jersey to San Diego, I had zero local knowledge. With her help, I feel that I mixed into the local communiy much easier. She introduced friends that have same interests and hobbies to me and she introduced me all the good restaurants. Connie found me a cute townhouse close to work. Now I can even walk to work from home.
