Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Amherst, NY.
Connie helped us sell our existing home in 4 days! We then had to scramble to find a new home, and Connie was tireless in her efforts to get us into a place of our dreams.
Besides being a great agent, she was also very kind, personable and professional. We would use her again in a second if we ever wanted to sell our home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in North Tonawanda, NY.
Bought our first home in North Tonawanda from Connie, she was very honest, patient and very accessible. We dealt with a few realtors in the process and Connie took a lot of stress out of it for us, I felt like we were dealing with a friend of the family.

Showed home in 2011.
I contacted Connie though email, and she called me soon after that. She offered to explain the buying process to me in my home, since it was most convenient for me to do it that way and I am a first time homebuyer. My impression is that she really went above and beyond what she needed to do. I haven't hired anyone yet, but when I do, I plan to work with Connie.

Connie did an outstanding job in helping me find and purchase my first home. She was very patient, courteous, dedicated, and punctual throughout the entire process. Her continued involvement from start to finish was much appreciated, as were her expertise and attention to detail.

Connie is an excellent agent to have on your side. She goes above and beyond to get the job done.
We left NYS before the sale of the home was finalized, Connie made every effort to make the long distance process an easy one. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, the new buyers are now officially Willow Ridge residents. We wish them many years of happiness in their new home.
