How do I work? It's simple really. A loan officer will take the application and email me his/her point file (or FNMA file) - advise me on what lender - compensation plan (fees) - escrow/title and any important information that I should know. I will create the loan package to be in compliant with DRE and RESPA - I will have you review the GFE and Fees to confirm all is correct. I will create a needs list for the borrower so that I can submit the file into underwriting - I handle all the little details - right down to closing!

Department of Real Estate requires all contract processors to have their NMLS license and I do - all is current and approved.
Fees: $600 per funding... I don't get paid unless You do!
